KJT-SJ speed detector is a new device used to detect the belt speed of conveyors. It can detect belt speed in real time and has been widely
used on belts in conveyor systems, providing a reliable detection method for the safe operation of belt machines. . It needs to be installed
horizontally on the conveyor bracket between the ascending belt and the descending belt, so that there is a certain pressure on the surface
of the contact wheel and the belt to prevent malfunction caused by the jump of the contact wheel. When the contact wheel drives the pulse
disk inside as the belt conveyor runs, the magnetic response signal of the sensor is input into the control circuit when the pulse disk rotates,
and is amplified and then counted. The count value is compared with the preset number to determine the tape speed, that is: normal speed,
slippage or overspeed, etc. At the same time, the execution circuit outputs the corresponding switch signal.
Structural features: This machine is composed of a touch wheel, pulse disk, electronic pulse switch, shell, etc.; the touch wheel is made
of cast iron, with grooves milled on the surface to resist wear and slip; the shell is made of aluminum casting, and the joints are equipped with
