KJT Chute Blockage Detector features a side pressure movable door structure, offering high sensitivity and reliable performance. This protection device uses a door-type design with a spring return mechanism. When material causes a blockage in the chute, the accumulated material applies pressure to the chute's side wall, pushing the movable door outward. Once the door tilts past a certain angle, the control switch is triggered, sending an alarm, vibration, or emergency stop signal. After the blockage is cleared, the movable door automatically resets due to the spring action, restoring the device to its original state. Additionally, status data can be transmitted to the remote control room via a field encoder.
