KJT Address Encoder Series is designed to work with devices like misalignment switches, slip switches, tear detectors, and pull cord switches. Housed in a waterproof aluminum die-cast enclosure, it is widely used in industries such as steel, cement, power plants, and mining with conveyor systems. Installed on both sides of the conveyor belt, this encoder provides emergency stop protection for conveyor belts. When the steel wire rope is pulled within the switch’s operational range, it cuts off the power circuit, stopping the entire system and ensuring the safety of both equipment and personnel.
