●Basic functions:
◇Capacitive yarn sensor The yarn sensor can detect the running (linear motion) conditions of various types of spinning yarn on the spinning machine. In the event of spinning stagnation or yarn breakage, the capacitive yarn sensor can promptly notify the spinning machine automatic control system.
◇According to the actual situation (determined by the model of the spinning machine), the yarn sensor MCL1 can directly drive the automatic cutter connected to itself to cut the weft yarn at the corresponding position;
◇It can also send out a control signal to automatically stop the corresponding textile machine working position. In the alarm state, MCL1 will alert the on-site operators with the flashing signal of the LED.
◇Capacitive yarn sensor is suitable for all spinning yarns made of raw materials that can carry electrostatic charges. For elastane materials, Kejit also provides special models (which can monitor low-speed spinning movements).
